The Luis P. Saenz Engineer of the Year Award is presented annually to an exemplary professional civil engineer whose projects demonstrate superior civil engineering skills and whose participation in the profession contributes significantly to civil engineering progress and society.
The award recognizes individuals who exemplify these ideals through professional achievement and appointment to positions of significant responsibility within government or private firms.
