About the Award
The Plinio Villanueva Award recognizes a member of C-AACE who has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the civil engineering profession through their actions and efforts.
The award honors dedication to the profession and service to the Association. The 2023–2025 award plaques recognize recipients for their outstanding contributions to civil engineering, dedication to C-AACE, and charitable efforts in the community.

Honoring Plinio Villanueva
